This notice explains what information this website and the StrategiAgro Field CRM app handle, why, and the choices you have. The Field CRM is a pilot service.
Who we are
StrategiAgro Consult is an agribusiness advisory firm being established in Ghana by Patrick Opoku Adjei and Jason Pieters. Company registration is in progress. Until it completes, the founding team operates this website and the Field CRM pilot, and is the contact for any privacy question.

This website
- The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- The contact form does not send or store anything. It opens a draft in your own email application, and nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that email.
- Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site.
The Field CRM app
Field CRM is used by organisations that work with farmer networks, such as aggregators, cooperatives and field programmes. Each organisation decides what it records and is responsible for having a lawful basis to do so. We process that information on the organisation’s behalf to provide the service.
Information the app handles
- Account details: the name, email address and role of each person given a sign-in. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
- Farmer and farm records entered by the organisation: names, phone numbers, gender, community and district, cooperative membership, plot names, plot boundaries and area, crops and seasons, field-visit notes, issues and follow-up tasks.
- Consent records: whether, when and how a farmer agreed to their details being recorded, and which staff member recorded it. The app does not allow a farmer profile to be saved without this.
- Location: the device’s position, only when a user taps to record a plot boundary or saves a field visit. The app never collects location in the background.
- Activity log: a record of sign-ins, changes to records and data exports, kept for security and accountability.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
- The app contains no advertising or third-party tracking.
- We do not use farmer records to make lending or credit decisions.
Where information is kept
Records are kept on the user’s device so the app works without a connection, and on our servers once the device syncs. The database is hosted with Supabase and the application with Vercel, both in data centres in London, United Kingdom. Information is encrypted in transit. Signing out removes the records stored on that device.
Who can see it
Only signed-in members of the organisation that entered the records, according to their role, and the small number of our staff who operate the service. We share information with others only when the organisation instructs us to, or when the law requires it.
How long it is kept
Records are kept for as long as the organisation uses the service. When a record is deleted it is hidden immediately and becomes eligible for permanent removal after 90 days. When an organisation stops using the service, we delete or return its data on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information held about you, or withdraw consent you have given. If your details were recorded by an organisation using Field CRM, you can ask that organisation directly, or contact us and we will pass your request to them. In Ghana you also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Children
The website and app are intended for professional use by adults. They are not directed at children.
Changes
We will update this notice as the service develops and when the company registration completes, and will change the date at the top when we do.
